‘Celtic Mass for the Sea’ & ‘Currents of Sable Island’ in Concert June 9th

2012 East Coast Music Association winning composer, guitarist, Scott Macmillan presents A Community Celebration Seaside June 9th at 7pm at Queen’s Landing on the Halifax waterfront. Macmillan will present in concert his acclaimed compositions; ‘Celtic Mass for the Sea’ & ‘Currents of Sable Island’ during this free outdoor multi-media evening of song, live art, photography and ocean sciences, in celebration & awareness of World Oceans Day.
The gala will be hosted by Olga Milosevich featuring Scott Macmillan, Jeff Joudrey directing the Halifax Camerata Singers,Blue Engine String Quartet,Laurel Browne, the live silk artistry of Holly Carr, & the photography of Damian Lidgard.
